Zen Seeds #53

Inspiration and pushing our edges
is not a solitary act.

LIII

She quotes Zen masters.
"Do not search for truth, only cease to cherish opinions."¹
"The Great Way is not difficult
for those who have no preferences."

He turns these over in his mind
as he
slowly steps back into the vision held
once
much like what she holds
now.

No beginning, no end.

"He would talk about theology as pointing a finger at the moon,
and we come to mistake the finger for the moon,"²

Within the breeze, the flower fills with the stream's scent.
Within the stream, the flower watches the breeze fly.

So,
what edge was pushed?
Where rests the zaadz?³
Who shared the act?

When is it done?
